The office is currently closed due to COVID-19.

Despite the practice being closed and because of the strong sense of fear and anxiety that many are feeling, I would like to offer a number of ways to maintain and enhance our sense of community.

  • A weekly Zoom call for us to get together and work through some of the issues, fears and stresses of the moment.  The first one of those will be on Saturday March 28th at 9:00am. The zoom room is 938-936-0356. You use this number when you click on join room. These will be weekly on Saturday.

  • Individual sessions are available via zoom as well.  Text me to book your slot. 510 701 3230. A couple of gatherings have already occurred and they are so magical and effective. I highly recommend them. 


To help your system stay calm and centered, I recommend the following:.

  1. Limit the amount of news and media/social media you consume (especially before going to bed)

  2. Book a 'Connect & Integrate Session' with us. (510 701 3230)

  3. Walk in nature, and, take time to just sit on the earth. The earth has such powerful healing capacities, and I find if I just sit there for 10 minutes I feel recharged.

  4. Make good food for yourselves.
